Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. Introduction
Stairs & Buckets is operated by Insurance Training Institute LLC. By purchasing or using a Stairs & Buckets membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the program.
2. Membership and Access
A membership grants you access to the Stairs & Buckets training platform, video tools, guided scripts, webinars, community groups, and any additional materials included with your plan at the time of purchase.
Access is for you and the team seats included with your plan. Sharing login credentials outside your agency, reselling access, or redistributing materials is not permitted.
3. Billing and Automatic Renewal
The monthly plan is billed $89.99 today and automatically every month until cancelled. The annual plan is billed $899.99 today and automatically every 12 months until cancelled.
By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the interval you selected until you cancel. Prices may change with notice; any change applies to renewals after the notice, not to a term you have already paid for.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing info@insuranceagencytraining.org. Cancellation requests are processed within 2 business days. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for and no further charges are made. If a cancellation request is received less than 2 business days before a scheduled renewal date, the renewal charge may process before cancellation takes effect. In that case, the renewal charge will be refunded in full.
5. Refunds
We offer a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase. Email info@insuranceagencytraining.org within that window and we will refund the purchase in full. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or as described in the Cancellation section above.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, record, republish, or resell program materials; not to use the program for anything unlawful or misleading; and not to misrepresent the program or its results to clients or prospects. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Stairs & Buckets is a training and business system. It is not financial, legal, tax, or compliance advice. Results depend on your market, effort, licensing, and carrier relationships, and we do not guarantee any specific level of premium, income, or growth. You remain responsible for complying with all insurance regulations applicable to you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The program and all materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any material is accurate, complete, or current for every state, carrier, or regulatory environment in which you operate. You are responsible for confirming that anything you use with clients complies with the rules that apply to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Insurance Training Institute LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost premium, lost business opportunity, or lost data, arising out of or relating to the program, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the program will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first at info@insuranceagencytraining.org so we can try to resolve it directly. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution in good faith for at least 30 days after written notice before starting any formal proceeding. This does not limit either party's right to seek relief for misuse of intellectual property.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
